Terms & Conditions
1. Photos will be taken of all panels of the vehicle prior to washing. If there is existing damage to the vehicle prior to the wash, please identify this when the booking is confirmed. Disputes will be based on evidence only - that is the comparison between photos taken by a Rover Blue team member and photos taken by the client. If it is determined that any damage has been caused during the Rover Blue visit, a course of remediation will be determined. 2. Car wash includes rinse, hand-wash with eco-friendly cleaning products and soft car-safe cloths, hose down, chamois-dry, tyre shine. If a client believes that the standard of wash is not acceptable, remediation can only take place based on evidence. Photos will need to be time-stamped (ie demonstrating that the photo was taken before taking the cleaned car out of the driveway) and submitted as part of any requests for a refund or re-wash. 3. If weather affects the ability to complete a car-wash, a re-schedule will be free of charge, but subject to time availability. 4. A request for a non-weather related re-schedule request can be done using the 'request a callback' form at the bottom of this page. 5. Water exemptions are granted to the business however it is preferential and in-line with Rover Blue principles that rainwater tank water is utilised where possible. 6. Payment must be made at the completion of the scheduled wash. If there is a dispute about the quality or any damage done, please refer to T&C (1). Payment must still be made prior to consideration of any remediation.
